7th heaven: LeBron carries Cavaliers past Pacers in Game 7

LeBron James scored 45 points and got some needed help in Game 7 to stay unbeaten in the opening round of the NBA playoffs, leading the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 105-101 win over the Indiana Pacers, who pushed the game's best player to the limit.

Kane Fitzgerald, the only referee to have ever thrown LeBron James out of a game, gave a technical foul to Darren Collison because Collison waved his arm dismissively towards the ref after he was called for a foul on George Hill. I mean, this is Game 7. That's a pretty tough call to make.
