Highly touted prospect Luka Doncic led Real Madrid to its 10th Euroleague crown over Turkish power Fenerbahce on Sunday. When asked after the win about his NBA future, the 19-year-old Slovenian said "soon I will tell."
Phoenix Suns general manager Ryan McDonough says he hasn't ruled out the option of dealing away the No. 1 pick in June's draft for a lower pick -- or even a worthy veteran player.
Top NBA draft prospect Luka Doncic played a team-high 30 minutes and finished with 16 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists in Real Madrid's 92-83 win in the Euroleague Final Four.

Wild night here in Chicago with Sacramento jumping to #2 and Phoenix landing the 1st overall pick. Who Sacramento takes 2nd overall could play a big role in shaping the rest of the top-5. If Phoenix does opt for Ayton at #1, I think Doncic could fit with speedy point guard De'Aaron Fox. He's at his best as a playmaker but can also play off the ball and needs an explosive shot creator next to him. Will be interesting to see how this next month plays out.
After winning just 21 games this season, the Suns got their biggest win of the year Tuesday, grabbing the No. 1 overall pick in June's NBA draft.

The Phoenix Suns were big winners of Tuesday's NBA Draft Lottery, landing the No. 1 overall pick. The Suns will have their choice of center Deandre Ayton, who played at the nearby University of Arizona, and Slovenian star Luka Doncic -- who played for new Phoenix coach Igor Kokoskov while winning last summer's EuroBasket. The Sacramento Kings landed the second pick with the Atlanta Hawks picking third. The Memphis Grizzlies and Dallas Mavericks, who entered the lottery with the second- and third-best odds, respectively, dropped to fourth and fifth.

No vault from the 2018 Lakers' pick at the draft lottery, so the Celtics will turn their attention to the 2019 Kings pick. Boston gets Sacramento's selection as long as it's not No. 1 overall (otherwise, they get the 76ers pick).
Women and their families will head to clinic at Golden 1 Center on Mother's Day weekend to learn about breast cancer, treatment and basketball
Kosta Koufos will exercise his 2018-19 player option to remain with the Sacramento Kings, league sources told ESPN's Chris Haynes. The 10-year veteran will be eligible for free agency in the summer of 2019.
Marc J. Spears The Undefeated
The Kings have promoted Peja Stojakovic to assistant general manager. The former Kings star's role will now focus on player development, overseeing the G-League Stockton Kings and assisting with talent evaluation. The rest of the Kings' front office remains the same.

As a result of the set-off in the waived contracts of Anthony Tolliver and Arron Afflalo, Sacramento carved out an additional $2M in cap space. The Kings now have $5.4M in room to use up until June 30. The new cap year will start on July 1.
Random drawings by the NBA on Friday afternoon will break several significant ties in the pre-lottery NBA draft standings.
Willie Cauley-Stein had 22 points and 11 rebounds to help the Sacramento Kings finish the regular season with a 96-83 victory over the short-handed Houston Rockets on Wednesday night.
Marc J. Spears The Undefeated
Veteran Sacramento Kings forward Vince Carter, 41, tells The Undefeated that there is "a 90 percent chance" that next NBA season will be his last.
Chapter 20, Part 8: The summertime kind of dictates it all
Rudy Gay scored 18 points, Manu Ginobili had 17 and the San Antonio Spurs rallied late to beat the Sacramento Kings 98-85 on Monday night and clinch their 21st straight postseason appearance.
